Return Policy
This policy applies to digital access plans purchased through Shoulderseskelet.
1. Digital Services
We provide online access to movement content. No physical products are shipped. Refunds relate to subscription or annual access fees only.
2. Cooling-Off Period
If you are an Australian consumer, you may be entitled to a cooling-off period under applicable consumer law when purchasing online. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the catalog.
3. Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered when: billing errors occurred; duplicate charges were applied; technical issues prevented access for more than 48 hours during a paid period; or cancellation was requested within the cooling-off window with minimal usage.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds are generally not provided when a significant portion of the library was streamed, when the request falls outside stated timeframes, or when access was shared in violation of the Terms of Use.
5. How to Request
Email contactus@shoulderseskelet.world with your account email, purchase date, and reason. We respond within five business days.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your financial institution, typically five to ten business days.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops upcoming charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless eligible under section 3.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
